At Total Saddle Fit, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't provide the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is clean and free of debris.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
